Garmin G500New Picture (4) The G600 has gone through quite an upgrade recently with the addition of Synthetic Vision Technology (SVT) and the GAD 43 announced at Oshkosh.  Many Garmin customers thought SVT was coming and were happy to see it this year, and the GAD 43 was an unexpected surprise that shocked just about everyone.  The surprises continued with the announcement of the newly certified G500 retro fit glass cockpit.  The addition of the G500 has generated a little confusion about the differences between the G600 and G500.  To help clear up that confusion, we’ve upgraded the G600 mini-site to include the G500 and have added a compare section that will let you look at the features of these two products side by side. This helpful comparison chart will help you make a clear decision about which product to get with your next upgrade.
