McMurdo Selects Fastrax IT310 GPS Receivers for Maritime Search and Rescue

Receiver maker Fastrax Ltd. and McMurdo Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of emergency location beacons, today announced an agreement to include Fastrax gps kids watch receivers in McMurdo’s new AIS SART safety beacons. The beacons use gps kids watch data to locate their accurate position and transfer the range and course to survivors to standard AIS displays onboard nearby ships.
