Compass Signal Spikes Spied by Septentrio
-->Technicians from Septentrio Satellite Navigation in Belgium have closely analyzed recent signals from China’s only mid-Earth orbit Compass satellite, M-1, and found a signal anomaly that could create losses of lock or cycle slips. Frequency spikes occurring six times in a 2.5-minute signal sample indicate problems on board the satellite’s signal generator.
